When you see the File Download window (see example below)
Press the Run (or Open) button, as indicated.

The e-Portfolio Sampler can be run from the icon "Women's Style e-Portfolio" on your desk top. If this icon is not present you can run the e-Portfolio from <drive>\Program Files\Style e-Portfolio - Women\index.html using MS Internet Explorer Browser Version 6 or later.
