A visible mark of quality workmanship on a garment is its collar. Regardless of
style, the collar is a detail that requires careful handling in every stage of
construction in order to retain its quality appearance. When you are browsing
through a fashion magazine or pattern catalogue, you’ll find the variation in
collars can be quite staggering. But however exotic the collar shape may seem,
three basic shapes – flat, standing and rolled – are the starting points for all
variations.
Following the easy step-by-step instructions of the Collars Online Class on the
different collar applications will make them so much more professional.
I will personally answer your questions as we go along, and you will have the
opportunity to see what others ask and the answers as well. You will not only
learn a lot, but will also have fun.
